We’re looking for a passionate, eager to grow Sales Team to join our management team in Lisbon (hybrid work model).

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in business development or a related field;
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management or a related area;
• Goal-oriented and people-driven mindset;
• Ability to learn and understand our products and markets;
• Skilled in managing and interpreting company performance metrics;
• Quick and effective problem-solving skills;
• Assertiveness and resilience in overcoming obstacles;
• Enthusiasm for daily challenges and professional growth;
• Commitment to developing emotional intelligence and leadership skills;
• Proficiency in English, with excellent communication abilities.
