We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong platform expertise and a focus on delivering scalable enterprise solutions.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with ServiceNow
• Strong experience developing and configuring ServiceNow applications
• Good knowledge of ITSM, ITOM and CMDB
• Professional experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies and UI Actions
• Experience developing workflows and automations using Flow Designer
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST or SOAP APIs
• Good understanding of ServiceNow data models, tables and platform architecture
• Experience with ServiceNow application development and customization
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical ServiceNow solutions
• Experience gathering requirements and producing technical documentation
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile development teams
• Fluency in English

Nice to Have:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Experience with ITOM Discovery and Event Management
• Knowledge of ServiceNow IntegrationHub
• Experience with CMDB and CSDM
