We’re looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with technical rigor and a strong desire to make an impact.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field;
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in SAP HCM projects;
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM modules: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), and Talent Management (PD);
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus;
  • Understanding of Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS);
  • Professional experience in configuring, customizing, and implementing SAP HCM modules to meet business requirements;
  • Experience with data migration and validation techniques (LSMW, BAPIs, IDOCs);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall);
  • SAP certifications are a plus:
    • SAP Certified Application Associate – Human Capital Management with SAP S/4HANA
    • ​​​​​​​SAP Certified Application Associate – SuccessFactors Employee Central
