We are looking for our next SRE:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related;
- Previous experience working as an SRE or in a similar role within DevOps, system administration, or software engineering;
- Familiarity with industry-specific applications and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR);
- Proficiency in system administration for Linux/Unix and Windows systems;
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls;
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C++;
- Strong skills in scripting languages like Bash, Perl, or Ruby;
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Terraform;
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and practices;
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), or Splunk;
- Ability to design and implement observability solutions to monitor system performance, reliability, and scalability;
- Proficiency in working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure;
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm;
- Knowledge of database administration and management for SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Experience with database performance tuning and optimization;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical issues.
- Experience in managing incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing preventive measures;
- Ability to design and implement scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems;
- Knowledge of capacity planning, performance tuning, and optimization techniques;
- Understanding of security principles and best practices in system administration and software development;
- Experience with security tools and practices, such as vulnerability scanning, intrusion detection, and incident response;
- Certification (not mandatory): Relevant certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer;
- Fluent in English.
