We are looking for our next Field Technicians:

  • High school diploma (12th grade);

  • 0–2 years of professional experience in IT support or technical roles;

  • Experience working with Windows Operating Systems;

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools;

  • Experience in diagnosing hardware and software issues;

  • Experience supporting systems remotely;

  • Basic knowledge of networking infrastructure, cabling, and electromechanical equipment;

  • Experience in ITIL-based service environments;

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (minimum B2 level);

  • Driving license and willingness to travel.
